PSA Peugeot Citroën and Robert Bosch Agree to Jointly Develop Innovation Plan

Paris - PSA Peugeot Citroën and German OEM Robert Bosch have signed a cooperation agreement to jointly develop a technological innovation plan.

The plan focuses on safety, passenger comfort, pollution control and fuel consumption, and includes research in the following areas:

• Optimization of drive trains.
• Chassis braking systems.
• Driver support.

The partnership is intended to develop, during the lead-in phase, innovative solutions in the areas of comfort, safety and driving enjoyment that meet the needs of increasingly demanding customers in the automotive industry.

By accelerating the innovation process, it will provide both partners with mission-critical competitive advantage in designing the car of tomorrow.
