. Traction Control System (TCS) Now Standard on 2005 Maxima Sedan

The newest Murano model, the Murano S is available in both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive configurations and debuts as the most affordable Murano yet, with a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $26,850 for the S FWD model and $28,350 S AWD. The previously available Murano models enter 2005 with a modest $50 price increase. MSRP for the well-equipped Murano SL FWD is $28,350 and the SL AWD is $29,950. The luxury Murano SE FWD features a MSRP of $28,350, and MSRP for the SE AWD is $30,900. All Muranos come standard with a 245-horsepower 3.5-liter DOHC V6 for superior acceleration and offers the first North American standard application of Nissan's Xtronic™ CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission), which provides smooth, quiet, responsive acceleration while virtually eliminating shift shock and providing better gas mileage than conventional transmissions. With the addition of TCS, the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for the luxurious 2005 Maxima increases $100. The adjusted MSRP is $27,200 for the sporty Maxima 3.5 SE model equipped with either 5-speed automatic or 6-speed manual transmission and $29,450 for the luxurious SL model equipped with 5-speed automatic transmission. TCS has been eliminated from the Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) with Full Size Spare Package and the package MSRP has been reduced from $900 to $600 Complete pricing and option packages are available on the attached sheets.
